ZEEKR 7GT battery, 800V charging, range and charging times
The official June 2026 leaflet lists a 75 kWh gross LFP battery for Core RWD and 100 kWh gross NMC batteries for Long Range RWD Launch Edition and Privilege AWD Launch Edition. All three are 800V versions with 22 kW AC charging, high-power DC charging and 3.3 kW V2L.
Direct answer
Core RWD uses a 75 kWh gross LFP battery, while Long Range RWD Launch Edition and Privilege AWD Launch Edition use 100 kWh gross NMC batteries. The leaflet lists an 800V system, 22 kW AC charging, DC max 450 kW on Core RWD, DC max 420 kW on the 100 kWh versions, 10-80% in 13 minutes at 360 kW for Core RWD and 16 minutes for the 100 kWh trims.
Battery and charging comparison
| Trim | Battery | WLTP range | Consumption | DC max | 10-80% DC | AC max | 10-100% AC | V2L |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core RWD | 75 kWh gross LFP | Up to 519 km | 16.6 kWh/100 km | 450 kW | 13 min at 360 kW charger | 22 kW | 4.5 h | 3.3 kW |
| Long Range RWD Launch Edition | 100 kWh gross NMC | Up to 655 km | 16.9 kWh/100 km | 420 kW | 16 min | 22 kW | 5.5 h | 3.3 kW |
| Privilege AWD Launch Edition | 100 kWh gross NMC | Up to 558 km | 19.8 kWh/100 km | 420 kW | 16 min | 22 kW | 5.5 h | 3.3 kW |
LFP vs NMC in owner terms
LFP and NMC are different battery chemistries, not quality grades. The 75 kWh Core RWD pack focuses on strong charging performance and simpler daily-use positioning. The 100 kWh NMC packs support the longest WLTP range in Long Range RWD and the higher-performance AWD trim. Real range still depends on speed, temperature, tires, elevation, load, HVAC use and battery preconditioning.
What 800V charging means
The official leaflet lists the 7GT as an 800V vehicle. The owner benefit is high charging power when the charger, battery temperature, state of charge and vehicle settings allow it. The listed 10-80% times are best-case specification values, not a promise that every charger session will match them.
Safe charging checklist
- •Use the official owner manual for cable handling and charger warnings.
- •Confirm the cable, adapter and wallbox rating before AC charging.
- •Expect DC charging speed to taper as state of charge rises.
- •Precondition the battery when the car/manual supports it and conditions require it.
- •Do not use damaged cables, overheated plugs or unsupported adapters.
- •Keep charge-port area clean and dry; do not force connectors.
- •Use public charging instructions from the charge-point operator as well as Zeekr instructions.
- •For home charger installation, use a qualified electrician and local code.
Maintenance notes for battery and charging
Battery and charging checks should be part of scheduled service, but owners should not open high-voltage components or attempt charger repairs. Zeekr Care Europe gives the service cadence; HV inspection items, coolant checks, insulation checks and charge-port service details must come from the official service process by VIN.
