TANK 500 ICE vs HEV vs Hi4-T vs Hi4-Z

Powertrain and market separation guide so facts are not mixed.

What is confirmed

TANK 500 is sold with different powertrains in different markets. This page covers the 3.0T V6 petrol version (Premium and Onyx trims in Russia). The 2.0T hybrid version - City Premium and Techno Premium trims in Russia, and the primary Tank 500 HEV in Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and the UAE - is covered on the separate Tank 500 HEV page. Tank 500 Hi4-T (plug-in hybrid 4WD system, sold in markets such as Pakistan) and Tank 500 Hi4-Z are modeled as their own separate pages on this site.

Scope and safety boundaries

Never apply DTC codes, maintenance intervals, warranty terms or charging/battery facts from one powertrain version to another without official confirmation that they are identical. Cross-checking Russia's own specs and trims pages against each other was necessary to correctly separate City Premium (hybrid) from Premium and Onyx (V6 ICE).
