ROX ADAMAS overview: specs, off-road capability and FAQs
The ROX ADAMAS is ROX Motor's flagship luxury all-terrain SUV — a more off-road-focused, more luxurious evolution of the ROX 01, with air suspension, up to 324 mm of ground clearance and the same 56 kWh REEV powertrain.
Overview
The ROX ADAMAS is ROX Motor's flagship model, positioned above the ROX 01 with a stronger focus on luxury and off-road capability. It was launched internationally with a debut in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as ROX Motor's first major step into Gulf and CIS export markets.
Powertrain and range
Like the ROX 01, the ADAMAS uses a range-extended (REEV) powertrain: a 1.5T 4-cylinder engine generates electricity for a 56.01 kWh CATL battery and a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system rated at roughly 476 hp (350 kW) and 740 Nm, with 0-100 km/h in about 5.5 seconds. Pure-electric range is rated at 235 km (WLTC), with a combined range of up to around 1,226 km.
Off-road capability
The ADAMAS adds long-travel air suspension with adjustable ride height (7 levels) and DCC adaptive damping. Ground clearance reaches up to 324 mm in its dedicated Recovery Mode (272 mm minimum standard), with a 770 mm wading depth, a 27.5° approach angle and a 27.9° departure angle.
Comfort and technology
Inside, the ADAMAS offers a First-Class 6-seat layout (2-2-2, with zero-gravity recline second-row seats) or a Couch 7-seat layout (2-3-2). Twin 15.7-inch screens cover the dashboard and rear-seat ceiling, running on a Snapdragon 8155 chip, while the ADAS suite uses a Horizon Journey 6M chip with 12 ultrasonic sensors and 3 radars.
Safety and outdoor features
The body achieved a roof crush strength of 159,730 N in C-IASI testing — among the highest results recorded as of September 2025. Outdoor-oriented extras include a tailgate kitchen bar, a 270° canopy awning, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) power output of up to 5.7 kW for running external equipment.
