The ROX 01 (also sold as Polestones 01) is the first production model from Chinese EV start-up ROX Motor, founded in Shanghai in 2021 by Roborock founder Zhang Jin with backing from Xiaomi-linked investors. Styled by the Italian design house Pininfarina, the ROX 01 entered production in October 2023 as a range-extended (REEV) full-size SUV positioned for both on-road comfort and light off-road use.

The ROX 01 uses a range-extender powertrain: a 1.5-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine (around 154 hp) drives a generator only — it never powers the wheels directly.
